My health and wellness journey began at an early age. Being born with multiple health conditions and having to recover my body every time it went through surgery, forced me to seek physical and mental guidance from methods found in different fitness mediums—yoga, boxing, muay thai, track, jiu jitsu—even stunt performer work that lead me to work professionally in the film/television industry for 15 years. However, in 2022, I was informed that I would have to undergo an emergency open-heart surgery that would change my life forever.
I was forced to put all methods I’ve been accumulating for the past lifetime to the ultimate test. After recovering my body from it’s limited state to running a half-marathon a year later, I knew I wanted to pass the torch to others who seek the same goal to feel ownership of their body again.
I became a certified yoga instructor with 200-hour certification from the Ayurveda and Yoga Center, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Chair Yoga Instructor, and continue to grow by perusing advanced yoga training along with Corrective Exercise Specialist training.
I launched Heart Forged Health with a mission to, not only help you achieve your fitness goals, but to give you the tools you need in order to feel empowered in your individual journey. Forging the person from the only place that matters—

Considering factors like physical condition, health history, injuries, preferences, and specific objectives, we ensure every program suits your journey. Your custom program may include boxing, PRs, and supersets, with yoga on recovery days to heal body and mind. Each workout is unique, providing the right tools to face your challenges head-on.
